Wheaton Franciscan & Integrated Healthcare Business Solutions Ongoing Billing Scam

A word of warning to anyone planning to use Wheaton Franciscan for any medical services, especially their Urgent Care facilities - They WILL overbill/scam you!

I have been dealing with these jackasses for months now. One thing to know about their Urgent Care (which is attached to the hospital) they will NOT tell you up front is 1. You will be billed at Emergency Room prices and 2. You will receive TWO separate bills: One from the doctor and one for the room itself. Even *after* I managed to get them to correct their over billing me for level 2 services when their auditors found it to be level 1 service, I still found their rates to be inappropriately HIGH! As in the adjusted bill is $190 for the room and the doctor wanted around $230 for seeing me for 10 minutes and not running any tests or anything. THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A SCAM!

Also if you question the bill at all for the doctors, expect to get INSULTING letters from a place called "Integrated Healthcare Business Solutions" in Franklin. They will lower the bill only a tiny amount because you're "poor" and say so in their letters. My questioning their fraudulent billing practices has nothing to do with how much "money" I have. This is about appropriate billing! The people at IHBS are beyond retarded.

Spread the word! The more people that know about this the better! AVOID FRANCISCAN WHEATON!

Mayer Repair - Chocked full of NUTBAGS!

I had spotted a white Dodge pickup (WI Plate: NITMAR) driving very recklessly and purposely trying to "spin out" on a snowy/icy road... obviously the idiot was trying to be a "badass redneck" with his truck or something. It was sad and pathetic and rather dangerous since there was oncoming traffic that almost got hit (including me!). So, after turning around and getting the trucks full info (plate number, description as well as a time/date stamp) I also got the company information which was plastered on the back and side of the truck:  Mayer Repair - 14000 Leetsbir Rd, Sturtevant, WI (262) 884-6450.

I emailed the company the information on what I saw and did not hear anything back. The second email I warned them that I would be contacting the BBB and letting their customers know of their reckless driving habits and disregard for vehicles.. because this place repairs trucks! Do you honestly think someone would want to leave their commercial truck with this place when they drive like a bunch of jackasses?!

Finally I get an email reply from Sarah Mayer (Who apparently is the nutbag running HR and wife of the owner) using her husband's account. Her email was so retarded and full of bullshit empty legal threats it was PATHETIC at best. Obviously her husband didn't have the balls to email me himself and sent his HR ho-bag to do the pointless ranting and raving... it was just sad how ignorant these idiots are. This was part of their response to my concerned complaint about their driving habits:

"Last, if you would like to continue your very inappropriate threats, bashing and name calling, or follow through with them you will be contacted by our attorney.

P.S. apparently my response was too late. I suggest removing your negative comment from the BBB or you will certainly be hearing from our attorney."

 

LOLOLOL... Just beyond belief..  Ok, so sending a complaint about their employee's horrible driving (which apparently must have been the owner since they got their panties in a wad over it) and the fact that they didn't respond until I told them I would *legitimately* be filing a complaint with the BBB - which they apparently consider an "inappropriate threat" somehow... trying to figure out how?? shows how MENTALLY UNSTABLE these douchebags are. Not sure where she got the "bashing" and "name calling" from? Maybe she's hearing voices? Who knows..  I also find it funny how they threaten to send their attorney after me for posting a complaint on the BBB site - which wasn't even a full complaint - it was a customer review submittable that detailed exactly what I saw when they were driving badly... hell the post wasn't even approved to be posted because of all of their whining INSANITY which apparently the BBB didn't want this crazy biatch crawling up their ass about.

 

I'm curious as to what bullshit story they would have told whatever slimy "lawyer" they apparently have (or were going to find) to make this an actual legitimate lawsuit... because damned if I can figure out what they were ranting and raving about.

 

Obviously Shawn and Sarah Mayer need to "up the dosage" on whatever meds they are taking... obviously the crazy voices in their head are getting to them!

Multi Group Logistics - WORST TRUCKING COMPANY EVER

I would HIGHLY SUGGEST not doing any business with Multi Group Logistics.

I witnessed one of their trucks going through a very red light on 2/9/14. I got the cab number, time and date stamp and emailed the information to the specific "Safety and Compliance" email listed on their website (multigroup.net).  NO RESPONSE from that email. So I emailed again and again and had copied all of their contact emails listed on the site including:

Still after MULTIPLE emails, no response.

THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY could care less about the safety of others!! Stay away from their trucks on the road and stay far away from doing any business with these jerks! They really need to DIAF.

DO NOT BUY any Apple Iphone/Ipod/Ipad apps from JohnHair (myCal / myCalPro)

JohnHair (JohnHair.com) is nothing more than a scammer trying to make it look like he's doing something nice when he really isn't. He scammed the entire Apple app community by posting his MyCal app (it's a Calendar App) for "free" for 2 days (or SO HE CLAIMS!).  Well it wasn't downloadable during this time. He purposely kept the app LOCKED as long as he could on his end "Locked for editing" so no one could download it for free! This is a complete dick move by someone trying to drum up publicity for his app. Now you have to pay for it and believe me, it'll be a COLD DAY IN HELL before I give this asshole any of my hard earned money!

I went to the forums on JohnHair.com to complain about this scam of a "Free Day" for his app and he came back with a dickish response and was completely unapologetic. Too bad really, it shows he could give 2 shits about his customers!  He gave some excuse about "Timezones" and then blamed Apple or something.... because God-forbid he actually take some responsibility for his lies.

Apria Healthcare - A thieving company!

There have been a WHOLE lot of complaints about this company lately... not just about the consumer side of things but they also like to fraudulantly bill insurance companies as well.  See my dedicated page at: http://apriasucks.com/

APRIA HEALTHCARE is a provider of CPAP machines and oxygen units.  Our CPAP is supposed to be 100% covered (including oxygen) according to our insurance we found out, but that didn't stop these jerks from illegally billing us and WIPING CLEAN OUR BANK ACCOUNT!

They illegally accessed our bank account in late fall of 2011 and stole over $900 from it! Putting us in the negative and incurring bank overdraft charges.  We thankfully had a backup account or we wouldn't be able to pay for groceries!  It took us a day or so to get our money back from the bank and even filed a police report against them. Our bank put a block so they can't do that again, but BE WARNED:

- DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
- DO NOT WRITE THIS COMPANY A CHECK OF ANY SORT AS THEY MAY STEAL THE NUMBER FROM THE CHECK
- CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO VERIFY THEY SHOULD BE BILLING YOU OR NOT

I suggest NOT doing any business with such a SHADY business!

Crap Restaurant of the Month: The Quilted Bear

I can't for the life of me understand why people suck the dick of this restaurant so much. The Quilted Bear in Germantown, WI is one of the worst restaurants I've *EVER* visited. The food was horrid and the staff were the most rude/snobby people I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. How this dumpy old establishment made the WISN "A" list? I have no idea, i'm guessing they paid someone off.

• We were inquiring into a wedding and they didn't seem at all interested in helping us
• They at first refused to show us the rental hall and I can see why, they didn't want us to see their dumpy/run down old wedding hall as they were embarassed to show it?
• The person in charge of weddings/events was extremely rude. We had set an appointment but she treated us as if she didn't have time for us and kept making phone calls, making us wait, not wanting to show us anything and when we asked for a tasting - she said "We don't do that" and told us to go eat in the restaurant
• We did go eat in the restaurant and had dinner (it would have been nice to sample the foods that they have on their actual WEDDING menu tho). The dinner made my husband sick and my food was so bland and tasteless it was like eating carboard (poor cuts of chicken as well). I could have had better food for much less price just about anywhere else in the area, hell i've had cafeteria food better than this.
• OVERPRICED as hell. The only selling point this place was trying to push for wedding was their stupid little pond and gazibo they had out back. Uh, who cares? NOT WORTH THE PRICE they wanted that's for sure. They think they're some "Top wedding venue" and try to push their "Top wedding venue" prices on people. Do the world a favor, do your homework, you will find other places a million times nicer and more accomodating and won't set you back a ridiculous amount of money like they wanted.

So why is it that there are so many pretentious snobby biatches that actually love and kiss the ass of this place? I have no idea. I even had one idiot call me a "Liar" on a review site in reference to them not allowing us a tasting. I REPEAT AS THE GOD-HONEST TRUTH: THEY DID NOT ALLOW US A TASTING. They flat out told us "WE DO NOT DO THAT" and told us to eat in the restaurant. What about the English language don't you reviewers understand? I have my husband as a witness who can back the whole thing up because he was just as astonished as I was.
